General Terms and Conditions – Gamerhub Service

By using Gamerhub services, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

1. Service Activation via SMS

Customers who wish to activate the Gamerhub service may do so by sending one of the following keywords: SUB GHD, SUB GHW, or SUB GHM to the SMS code 1042 assigned to the service.

2. Service Activation via Website

Customers can also activate the Gamerhub service by visiting the following URL: https://www.playgamerhub.com/.

3. Activation Requirements

Customers activating the service through the website must have an active data pack from Telecel and sufficient airtime balance to subscribe to the service.

4. Pricing and Communication

The short code 1042 carries a subscription price of:

  • 1 GHS daily
  • 4 GHS weekly
  • 8 GHS monthly

The keywords SUB GHD / SUB GHW / SUB GHM must always be communicated when the service is promoted or advertised to the customer.

5. Service Deactivation via SMS or USSD

Customers may deactivate the service at any time by sending the keyword STOP GH to 1042 or by dialing *463# and following the prompts.

6. Language of Alerts

All alerts and messages provided through the service will be in English text only.

7. Subscription Fees

Customers who activate the service will be charged a subscription fee of 1 GHS daily, 4 GHS weekly, or 8 GHS monthly, as communicated at the time of activation. By activating the service, users agree to pay the applicable subscription fee.

8. Automatic Renewal

The subscription will automatically renew until the user deactivates the service. Charges of 1 GHS daily, 4 GHS weekly, or 8 GHS monthly will apply upon each renewal.

9. Responsibility of the User

It is the user’s sole responsibility to read SMS alerts in a timely manner. The mobile network or service provider will not be held liable if the user fails to do so. No refunds will be issued for service charges in such cases.

10. Deactivation Requests

Users can deactivate the service at any time by sending the deactivation SMS mentioned in Point 5 or by contacting the customer service team at info@playgamerhub.com.

11. Deactivation via Website

The user can also deactivate the service by visiting the "My Account" section on: https://www.playgamerhub.com/index.php?page=unsubscribe .

12. Website Deactivation Process

To deactivate through the website, the customer must log in, select the deactivate option, and confirm the action. Upon successful deactivation, a confirmation SMS will be sent.

13. Deactivation via USSD

Users can also deactivate the service by dialing *463# from their phone and following the on-screen instructions.

14. Applicable Terms

In addition to these Terms and Conditions, users are also bound by the network provider’s general terms as well as the terms specific to Gamerhub services.

15. Liability Disclaimer

Users agree to indemnify the mobile network provider against any technical errors or interruptions that may occur while accessing the service.

16. Amendments to Terms

The network provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time at its discretion. Updated terms will be published and take effect immediately.
